Easy to assembleI never received a stand with my order.4.5 stars but I round up instead of down. There isn't much about this product that I do not like, if any. The item came as described with one, and possibly major issue. Per the description, the 60W comes with the 2 NP-F series batteries. However, once I received my shipment it did not have the batteries. I contacted support and they said I can ship the item back for a refund. I didn't want to do that as I purchased this light based off all the specs and what I'm looking to accomplish with the light. However, they issued a $15.00 Amazon credit. About $10-$20 less than what the two batteries will cost me. It is not the best compromise but I appreciated the gesture. Another minor issue is the tripod. It is not as strong (material wise) that I was hoping for. I will have to spread out the legs out further to hold a good balance with a camera, microphone and possibly another camera so it doesn't tip of sway. Sandbags should ultimately take care of that issue. Again, minor but something you might want to take into consideration. My biggest issue but still minor is the carrying bag. It has zero protection for the light once in the bag and it doesn't have any additional pockets for all the accessories it comes with. Beyond that, this light is amazing. It is bright as bright can be. The 3 shoes is was one of the deciding factor when it came to my purchase. I love the remote control for the light as you can adjust on the fly. I almost bought one with the price tag at or around $50.00. When I saw that one compared to the one I bought (roughly $118.00 with shipping) I am glad that I paid the extra money for the one I got. The inexpensive one wouldn't have done what I need it for compared to the one I bought. Happy ShoppingI saw this ring light when it went on sale. Since I've been making video content for ten years, I jumped on it right away. I really like the different brightness and color settings, the USB ports to charge your camera while it's running, and the different adapters that came included. The cable is long and the legs are easy enough to set up.The remote control was cool but never shut off, which means the battery died after a short time. A really weird thing is that the screws would loosen up and fall out. There is no way to tighten some of them unless you open up the entire light because they just have a small hex nut!I just purchased this Pixel R60C. This is my second ring light from Pixel. The first one I purchased was the R45C. They both cast amazing light and work great for my webinars and online Teams / Zoom / Skype meetings. I also record video podcasts and other media using the light.The light perfectly offsets my cameras pointed into the back light in my office. The ring lights make a huge difference for shadows and other harsh artifacts. I need to look professional during my presentations and these lights do the trick. I have tried a few other LED lights but nothing works as well as the Pixel R60C.I like both lights but the remote for the R60C can take the light down to 0. Myron from Pixel explained to me that the R45C remote can only take the light down to 1%. That meant I had to turn the light off manually which made it more difficult based on where I had the light mounted . While both lights go very bright, the R60C is even brighter than the R45C (60 Watts) which is great when needed.Myron from Pixel was very responsive to my customer service inquiries. Over all, I think this is the best ring light period and I highly recommend it for Webcam Meetings, Recordings or anything where you want to look your best.
