Didn't last , I have bought this product twice. the first one last over 2 years was very good and this one it didn’t last not even 2 months. Not sure what changed . I got it for my husband who is very careful and take great care of his things. It’s my first bad experience with any product in AmazonThe case is sturdy and easy to carry. The phone fits perfectly. The only problem is that the red coloring on the clasp was peeling off immediately after first use.Snugg has always been my absolute go-to for my devices! They protect perfectly, and I love the way they look.I really like Snugg cases and have owned and currently own several of them. The design is perfect for someone who wants to easily protect your iPhone yet you get what you pay for.It is nice to get a iPhone case which only costs $17 but understand you may end up replacing the case more often that you would like and the case that you originally receive may have a blemish on it. (See the picture) I purchased 2 of these cases and returned the one with the blemish to Amazon.The "leather" or leatherette covering of the case is very thin and the sections which are flexed frequently will show wear quicker than you might expect. Fortunately if you register the case with Snugg as soon as you purchase it Snugg has a lifetime warranty.I have bought this phone case a few times because I like that it covers the entire phone and it comes in many nice colors. It is not the sturdiest as the edges that hold the phone in place are plastic and on occasion have broken plus the material becomes worn over time, but I really abuse my phone since I use it all day so I'm not surprised. I buy one of these cases about every 1.5 years so for the price I think it is worth it.It lasts a good year. Had to buy another. Not at all unsatisfied!This is like my 8th purchase of an iphone case from Snugg - I've bought one for myself for each of my various iPhones over the years, and always had great luck with each of them. And I've bought others as gifts for friends, after they admired my case. I like the leather wallet-type casees and Snugg has an excellent range of colors. While I don't buy this style with the intention to put my credit cards in the cover, other friends have done so and like the feature. I like that the cover on Snugg models folds over the back, so I can easily use the phone with the cover open. And the cover gives me a good grip when I'm taking a picture or using the phone. I find the phone by itself, or just in a case like an Otterbox can be pretty easy to have slip out of your hand and risk a drop. I love the colors & am sold on Snugg brand & the quality of their products.I have loved this phone case, especially in times when going into stores without having to keep track of a purse as another source of germs is ideal. However in only 7 months of use the rounded corners on the bottom have cracked and fallen off. I don’t understand why but it’s disappointing it’s not lasting longer. Great product and love the ease of use just doesn’t seem built to last. I’ve been working from home for 9 months so it’s not like I’m out with it all the time either.Purchased November 2019. Since then the plastic that holds the phone in place has broken and although the phone is still held in position, it has bits of sharp, broken plastic around it. Next, the back cover has come away from the shell, so I have to check that the camera is not obstructed before taking pictures.But finally, and of most importance, is that yesterday I had to retrace my steps for the previous 3 or 4 hours, as all of my credit cards had fallen out of the wallet! Finally found them by a river where I had stopped to take a photo of my dog. The suede effect internal sleeves seem stretched and loose, so the cards often fall out. Yesterday was the last - worrying straw - so I am going to immediately replace this item with a more reliable case.Amazon prime delivered it the next day as expected. I’d purchased one of these for a previous iPhone but of course my new iPhone 11 required a larger version. It’s well made and the phone fits perfectly in the wallet. The magnetic clasp works well and judging by my previous one, it will last well.UPDATE:- Oh how wrong I was - Well after only 6 months of owning this case its now a complete mess !The magnetic tab has almost completely come away from the main body and the case has cracked on both sides with the plastic coating peeling away. To say I'm disappointed with this product after such a short period of very light careful use would be an understatement!In addition to updating this revue I have emailed Snugg as the accompanying document states this product has a 'Lifetime Guarantee' . It says 'If your product develops an issue or fault in its lifetime, through no fault of your own, we will replace it with a brand new one'.It's clear from the attached images that it has not developed 'a' fault, but 3 significant faults!, in only 6 months !!Snugg - I await your response and receipt of a replacement.The overall quality of the leather is excellent (hence the 3 stars) however the tray that holds the phone was not glued in square or securely (hence loosing 2 stars). I had to fix it by taking a sharp knife and while gently lifting the tray cut it away from the backing. I then used a quality contact adhesive to reposition the tray correctly. So now I have correctly and more securely glued the phone tray to the case all is good and am happy with my purchase.It's very well made, and looks really nice. Much better than the cheap crap you buy off of Ebay.... how the mighty fall. My girlfriend had this case and she is totally obsessed with keeping items clean and free of falls etc...The plastic housing initially lost an edge, so I glued it back. Then the opposite edge fell apart. So long term stability WITHOUT being battered NOT COOL.Bought on 17 June, therefore returning not an option. In short looks the business but don't expect it to last.I bought a case when I had my iPhone XS. I was delighted with the quality and the colour of it and it fitted the phone well. I’ve had it for just over a year now and its still as good as new. I’ve just bought an iPhone 11 and I wanted the exact same case. I received it less than 24 hrs after I ordered it which was great. It’s exactly the same as the other one and it fits well. The only thing it’s missing is a strap. My husband made a hole in the side for me to put a strap on. I’ll be doing the same with this one.
