This desk turned out to be the perfect size, not too big, not too small. I actually have a PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 set up on this desk and I’m using a 32 inch monitor and I still have plenty of room for other things to do on the desktop. Assembly time was very minimal, all I needed was a Phillips screwdriver which I used a cordless screwdriver to assemble the desk.It is the perfect size for me it was very easy to put together it came in perfect condition.Very sturdyOkay lets start off by saying I have OCD and am pretty picky when it comes to quality. That being said this thing met all my expectations. To address every comment saying this is difficult to out together, they have either never used hand tools or put anything together. Every bag and part is labeled and corresponds to instructions. Second note for people saying there holes dont lign up. They are not suppose to line up perfectly. There will be a hole or two slightly and I mean slightly off. You are suppose to stretch the pieces ever so slightly. What this does is gives it more rigidness and strength. Every time I got a piece on you could tell it was gonna be well secured. If for some reason you strip out a bolt...if you dont attach all the accessories then you will end up with extra screws. Same thread pitch as bolt, use a screw in place of the stripped bolt. It will secure it solidly. Did this to one of my bolts, my fault not theres, specifically says no power tools but I love my power tools. Carefully used drill with a phillips attachment is key to making this faster. Nobody tells you this but you need a tiny wrench at a point because some of the accessories use bolts with little nuts on the end. If you dont hold the nut down with a wrench or pliers like I did it will spin with the bolt will not actually get tight. Leg room is solid, I am 6'4" all in my legs and I fit just fine. My inital plan was to put the pc on a cart and wheel it under the desk. The surge protector rack made it not fit so I put it to the left of the desk. The surge rack is not suppose to be "tight" it hangs on the bar so that you can slide it out a ways to access it. Genius! If you dont care about your pc going on the ground it will fit under there and you will still have leg room. Last note. People saying in the top right corner there is a imperfection in the carbon wrap. Its not. Its covering a pre made hole for securing the cd/contoller rack. They covered it up with the wrap in case you dont attach that like I did. Keeps it clean looking with just a little bump where the spot is. But since you now know what it is, it should not bother you knowing its there. When it comes to opening the package. Dont tear into it like an animal, you will likely damage your table. What I did is open one end of the box. Then grab one flap and roll it backwards on itself like your rolling up a carpet tearing the top off the box. This will reveal the contents without damaging anything, then you can carefully remove styrofoam without making a mess. Overall very well made and packaged. Nothing wobbles at all, if it does then you did not tighten or attach something correctly. I leaned my leg on the edge of the table and tried to get something to move. The only thing that moved was the carpet, the table held its ground. If you shake the absolute crap out of it then the monitor moves. The monitor not the stand attached to the desk. It was solid. If you have someone in your house shaking your desk that hard, promptly tell them to exit your residence! Absolutely worth what you will pay. Hopefull this review helps answer questions I had before it arrived.Update 07/2018:I've owned the desk for over two years, it's still going strong and looks brand new, it's very well built, the size is perfect (not too big or too small). I lost the screws for the legs during a move and called up their customer support and they're sending new ones for free! Here are the things I've discovered and hope for after using it this long:1) Device charger: I generally do not use it, I find it to be impractical. I'd prefer that this was a laptop stand instead.2) Lack of keyboard tray is annoying, but you can raise your chair and put your keyboard on the desk itself, but I find this to be a waste of good space and not as comfortable in longer sessions. I plan on installing the This is cool to have for a gaming desk top, or styling your room an industrial theme. The assemble was easy when reading the instructions, but there was more difficulty and effort screwing the parts to the desk; my hands hurt when I got done. The desk is sturdy when assembled correctly, but for any gamer who are short-temper, aggressive behaviour, and/or a habit of banging the desk top. Keep it to a minimum, it will rattle and the second monitor shelf is not really secure, it is just screwed underneath and have slight gap to cause monitor to wobble a bit when shaken or disturbed.Other than that, just be careful of room size and space, I put my desk in my small room; I had to take off speaker trays and headphone hook.I bought this desk because I started YouTube videos and needed something much larger than my little dinky one I had for years prior. Even though the legs are a steel rod design they have so far proven to be pretty stable. I still wouldn't chance putting my full body weight on them though. I'm sure they'll be fine but I just wont chance it myself. it easily holds my 25" ultra wide monitor, and I have been taking full advantage of the extra phone/pad holder. There are a few minor things though such as I would have liked the speaker stands to have had a solid base instead of wire rod ones My speakers have wire rod base as well so they keep falling through the stands built in ones. I just ziptied them into place though so it's not a big deal. I also would have liked the underside storage and "power unit" drawers to have some kind of stopper otherwise you'll pull them right out and everything ends up on the floor. I kind of also wish it had a matching computer rolling stand or one built in. I also would have liked to have been able to put the headphone holder on the opposite side of the desk.overall though its a great looking and functional unit. it holds my mic and stand gaming keyboard and mouse, cd drive and external hd drives as well as a few games and controllers easily. It also looks good in my videos which is a bonus. This desk is great, really it is nearly perfect. I'd especially recommend it if you have limited space as the top is just wide enough for a normal mouse pad, a large keyboard and another peripheral like a gamepad or a joystick, I also keep a small secondary monitor where the controller holder would be. It has some very simple and very effective solutions to common problems, like grooves cut in the table to keep wires from being out of control, a basket for your power bar and so on, cup holder can be on either side (very important), also cords can be suspended through the legs if needed.. My only very small issue is that it is a tad high and would be better if it were maybe an inch lower.I'm not a gamer. I'm in IT, working from home 100% of the time because of Covid and this desk is just the ticket for my needs. It accommodates my monitor and a laptop, keyboard and enough room for some personal items. I didn't install all the media accessories when we put it together as I didn't need them. The price point was perfect and the size is great in my bedroom. It doesn't feel too heavy in the space and I like the metal legs (I see the new version has solid legs). If you're buying this for a gamer or a work from homer, you can't go wrong. I will say, if you have an excitable person using it, it does shake as its quite lightweight, but that's not an issue for me.Looks terrific. It takes up a very small footprint but has lots of room for all of my electronics, including my 29" LG Ultra Wide monitor. Couldn't be happier with the quality. Easy to assemble and I've received many compliments. Five stars and highly recommended.
