speedy service on the screen protector that got cracked during shipping. the case is soft and easy to put on the phone but it does pick up fingerprints. overall it's a nice case for the price.The case is exactly what is expected. Fits the phone nicely. The screen protector does not fit the phone well no matter how many times I tried to get it on there. The holder came off after a day and will not stick back on.Offers some protection but not a lot. Makes phone a little less slippery to hold. Screen protector would not install properly. It seemed like it was slightly warped and wouldn't maintain contact across entire screen. Ended up not using screen protector.He loved it!
